Unit Policies

All of our units are non smoking.  We also restrict outside smoking on the property as it may affect neighboring units. Any complaints from neighbors could result in an eviction.

We are pet friendly in most of our units.  Please see our Pet Policies for more information.

Rents are due in full on the 1st of every month.  Payments can be made online through our TurboTenant system or in person with a check/cash.

Our maintenance staff will address all issues as quickly as possible.  All maintenance requests should be submitted through our TurboTenant system.

We conduct regular inspections on all of our units to ensure compliance with all company polices and our rules & regulations.
