Application Process

We recommend that you view our properties prior to making an application.

All applications are processed through TurboTenant.  We will send you an invitation to apply during your viewing.

We take the guesswork out of tenant selection by conducting thorough background and credit checks. Our goal is to find reliable and responsible tenants for our community.

We require everyone that will be living in the unit over the age of 18 to submit an application and sign the lease.

Our minimum credit score for all applications is 550.

We require a minimum household income that is 3 times the unit monthly rent.

Security deposits are required at lease signing for all units.  The amount of the security deposit for a unit is 1.5 times the unit's monthly rent.
